TEACHING AND LEARNING SYMPOSIUM 2026

RETHINKING HIGHER EDUCATION: TOWARDS MORE HUMAN-CENTRED, EQUITABLE, AND FUTURE-FOCUSED LEARNING AND TEACHING

ABOUT THE SYMPOSIUM

Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT) is pleased to announce the Call for Contributions for our annual Teaching and Learning Symposium 2026. As the landscape of higher education shifts under the influence of global socio-economic changes and the rapid rise of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, we are called to rethink how we design and deliver the student experience. This symposium serves as an inspiring, collaborative platform for educators to share best practices and reflect on the pedagogies that will shape the future of our universities.

The WIUT Teaching and Learning Symposium is an annual event that brings together educators and teaching practitioners working in higher education to exchange innovative ideas and strategies for advancing education in a rapidly evolving world. As the demands on higher education rapidly shift, the symposium offers a collaborative platform to explore current practices, foster intellectual dialogue, and build networks of academic excellence.
